Named in honour of David Keyes’ collection of short stories entitled “I Do So Worry For All Those Lost At Sea” (House of Pomegranates Press) we are pleased to debut our new “Lost At Sea” dress! If you haven’t had a chance to explore this collection, or any of David’s work for that matter, we firmly nudge you towards doing so. His writing is full of magic, sorrow, and staggering strange beauty. We collaborated with the House of Pomegranates on our “Carmilla” collection and book release recently, and look forward to lots more projects with them in the future!
Our new “Lost At Sea” dress is a versatile nautical inspired frock! The sailor collar shown on the dress is completely removable. It attaches at the front with a pin back, so it won’t slide everywhere. You can wear the dress without it for a totally different look very easily!
The dress itself features contrasting trim, ruffles, buttons, and loads of detail. It has a pleated full skirt that sits beautifully over our “Le Pouf” petticoat as shown on the models.
We hope you like this dress! And a big thank you to Mr.Keyes for letting us name it after his wonderful work.
