We’re so excited to share our first photoshoot of 2016! It features Gloomth Girl CheshireCat and our new “Tea Rose” dress! This was also my first photoshoot acting as photographer this year, and it felt great to get back into that. We’ll also have a series from this afternoon by photographer Russel Hall a little later on to share, with a different feel to the finished images. 🙂

Our “Vintage Violet” series was inspired by the daydream of an antique doll in a cluttered attic, soft textures, warm hues, and a touch of Gloomth’s signature strangeness. For CheshireCat’s makeup I used only black and grey eyeshadow, with large lashes, and a scattering of gold glitter on her cheeks. Her lipstick is a deep purple with a red undertone which worked beautifully to add some darkness in this look!
