Come behind the scenes with Gloomth Girl Fine Lines at our recent “City Doll” photoshoot with photographer Russel Hall! We had a lot of fun exploring a little portion of the city.
Our mascot bunny, Vinegar, poses against the urban backdrop! There’s the CN Tower in the distance.
It was a blindingly sunny day with very few cloudy breaks, which made shooting a bit tricky but we made it work and the resulting series is darling.
A MINT GREEN BUILDING! That is also all rusty and dilapidated… Everything a girl could want, really. It was such a great backdrop against the tidy frills of our
“Lyre” dress.
The building even had it’s own rusted metal crumpled tube things. Glorious metal rusted crumply tubes….
Fine Lines looked awesome against this building with her multicolored hair in twin-tails!
Apart from “Visitor Parking” there were no other signs on the minty old building, however someone had scrawled “No Money For Freddy” on it in reddish crayon/pencil by the door. So weird.
We hope you liked this little look behind the scenes at our shoot! You can see the actual photo series in our flickr, all 81 photos of it! Much thanks to Fine Lines and Russel Hall for making it such a wonderful afternoon. We do work with some of the most awesome people. 😉
