This dress features a false blouse with a contrast yoke and puffed cap sleeves with bows. All the effect of wearing a blouse under without the bulk/warmth.

Features a built-in petticoat for a fluffy full skirt! Shown on our model without an additional petticoat. Add another light one to really make the skirt huge if you like.

Ruffles of vintage style cotton eyelet lace adorn the hem and neckline! We love it for spring with a straw hat and lace trimmed socks.
