Artist Tessa Farmer uses insect remains, dried roots, and other organic tidbits to make these incredible eerie little sculptures! They stand less than 1 cm tall.
Tiny skeletal figures cavort about causing mischief and mayhem, attacking every day insects in teams.
We love the Victorian sensibility of this dark and vaguely scientific work. Reminiscent of antique specimen collections as well as memento-mori pieces, this work is clearly right up our spooky alley.
Also dead things, we love dead things around here. 😉
