You may have noticed some rather special hats and accessories worn in our recent photoshoot for Gloomth’s Haunted Circus! I custom made tiny carnival and circus inspired head-pieces for a few of the outfits, to add to the overall strange spooky circus feel!

My favorite was the little carousel hat. Originally this was just supposed to be the rough copy for a proper attempt at making this head piece but there wasn’t enough time to create a second version. It’s a little messier than I’d like but I’m happy with it overall.

The next little hat featured a tiny skeleton elephant holding a little bat on a string. Originally it was supposed to be a balloon that he was holding, but the bat is much cooler. 😉

Last was a little tattered clown hat! It’s hard to tell from my poor close-up photo but the hat is wrapped with tattered strips of cloth, has velvet heart shaped buttons, and a big hand-made yarn pompom on top!
