Ethel Dare

We love female daredevils and circus performers! As part of the new Gloomth’s Haunted Circus line our  “Aviatrix” romper is inspired by the Queen of the Air, the Aviatrix Ethel Dare! She was the first woman to change planes in mid air and made a career of walking on the wings of flying planes, and performing on (or hanging from) them.

Twirling behind a plane mid-air by a rope may be a little too dangerous for every day, but we love the idea of brave fierce ladies in action! Our new romper is sure to bring out a little bit of daredevil in your day.

Made of soft cotton blend, it has a fitted bodice trimmed in black lace and gold taffeta, for a vintage feel. Finished with black pompoms and tiny gold embroidered stars!
