There’s something faintly eerie about the midway after sunset. The chaotic blend of noise and neon lights and the echo of screams in the air. All soaked through with summer heat and the smell of fried foods. The perfect start to a horror story….

Azura Rose and I got to do a quick series in amongst our favorite rides and games at the midway this summer! Photography at a carnival is super difficult, the light is changing constantly and dodging crowds can be tricky.

Azura wore our “Limerick” dress which we discovered GLOWS UNDER BLACK LIGHT!!! It was the perfect dress for this shoot, layered over black bloomers and a blouse it absolutely glowed just like the rides around us. Summer may be over but I love having shoots like these to look back on once the winter settles in around us. 🙂
