With the Barbie movie coming out this week and literally everyone and every brand talking about it on social media (including mine haha) it’s the perfect time to share these fun photos I did with Fine Lines earlier this summer!

We styled our pink “Syrup” dress with a sheer vintage peignoir and big platforms for a super kawaii inspired Barbie outfit. It’s definitely not traditional lolita (no blouse, no wrist cuffs, no socks etc) but on hot summer days sometimes you may want to forgo layering and still look cute. So y’know more of a Barbie/doll sort of look than Lolita specifically.

Also worth noting Fine Lines and I also shot at the official Barbie exhibit last year!!!! It was a fairly difficult and crowded place to get the kinds of photos I normally like to but we had fun.
