This dress is made of lush chiffon with a touch of stretch for comfort. It’s our first full length dress since about 2009!!! It has enormous bell sleeves and a velvet cross accent at the bodice. We’ll have it in white, black, and a pale pink when it’s available (sizes S-5X). It’s the perfect Vampire’s Victim or Victorian Horror Movie look, and is named for Ingrid Pitt of the Hammer Horror films!
