Our “Shalott” nightdress is a perfect start to all sorts of unique outfits! Today we’re posting five ways to wear this cute dress- complete looks with different styles and themes to inspire you to get creative with your wardrobe. 🙂

1. Punky Ophelia- Wear this soft white nightdress over a black fishnet top and plaid tights or skinny jeans! Add big stompy platform boots and loads of spiked jewelry. Finish with tons of flower hair clips or a wreath of fake flowers atop your punky hairstyle and a flower corsage or brooch. Makeup should be dramatic- smudged dark eyes and saturated lip colors.
2. Victorian Mademoiselle- Pair this nightdress with white knitted over the knee socks, and a half-up hair style in loose curls. Add white chiffon peignoirs or a long pale jacket for that fresh from the boudoir (interrupted by a vampire’s arrival, surely) appearance. Keep your makeup natural but with a dark flush to your lips.

3. Summery Style- We love this nightdress for a casual summer look. Add a little straw hat with a bow, and layer the dress with a loose hip length cardigan in a grass green or red gingham. Finish with ruffled socks and sandals or dolly looking shoes. Keep your makeup bright and sweet, lip gloss and sparkle.
4. Mori Girl- Wear this nightdress over a long cotton slip with brown boots. Layer a cardigan in a cream or oatmeal color over it with a shawl or soft scarf in the same muted colors. Knitted fingerless gloves and a bit of tattered hair accessories complete your forest inspired style. Makeup should be natural and outdoorsy, flushed cheeks and soft eyes.

5. Decadent Pale Gothic- Who says Goth has to be all black all the time? We love an over the top Gothic ensemble constructed out of whites and silvers. Load on sparkling decadent jewelry in silvers and whites with skull and bat motifs, bracelets and necklaces! White fishnet or lace gloves or fingerless arm warmers. Large platform white boots or shoes. White or silver patterned fishnets layered over torn tights. Big messy hair and silvery and black makeup complete this dramatic style.
