1. Retro Inspired- The tulle prom dresses of the 1960s were sugary confections of netting and ruffle, they were the inspiration behind our “Esme” dress which makes a great start to a retro inspired NYE outfit! With it’s ruffled tulle overlay and modern fit-n-flare shape it’s very flattering and charming. Pair it with a petticoat to fill out the skirt and back-seamed stockings for a touch of vintage flair. Victory rolls or pin curls would be a great way to do your hair for this look- think pin-up meets porcelain dolly. Add kitten heels and wrist cuffs and your favorite beaded cardigan. Finish with sparkly jewelry or faux pearls!
